Norfolk Fusion Tickets
Norfolk Fusion tickets allow passengers to travel across Norfolk using one ticket valid on multiple bus operators. This makes it easier for residents and visitors to travel across the county, even when journeys involve services run by different companies.
Fusion tickets can be purchased on board buses or through participating operator apps.
The ticket covers journeys within Norfolk and routes that start, finish, or pass through Norfolk, including travel into neighbouring counties where applicable. However, journeys that do not pass through Norfolk are not valid, and the scheme does not include National Express services.
Many bus stops now have QR codes you can scan with your phone to see real-time bus arrivals, helping you plan your journey and travel with confidence. Watch the video below to see how it works.
