How to book
Please contact us to request your journey simply by using the flexibus journey request form, or give us a call at 08000 351350. Our team is available to assist you from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Once we receive your request, one of our team members will get in touch with you to confirm essential details such as your preferred travel date, time and pick-up location.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you submit your travel request by 3pm on the day before your intended travel date. For Monday travel, we recommend booking by 3pm on the preceding Friday.
